I need a new wire shelf for this freezer. Your site says you don't recognize the model number, but after a chat with your representative, it seems the model ending in m rather than n is compatible. I was about to order that when i was offered two different versions, without pictures, one costing $48. And change, the other $47. What is the difference?? thanks.

I need an extra shelf for this freezer. This is supposed to be the correct one: #297441904. In the questions & answers, you state that the shelf is 21.25" wide, 14.5" deep. My shelves are 21.25" wide, but they are all 17.5" deep. These measurements do not include the prongs going into the holes in the sides of the freezer. Do you have this same shelf that is 17.5" deep?
