Heating but drum not turning
With drum not turning, I removed rear access panel and confirmed that the belt was missing from the motor pulley. The instructional video provided by PS was extremely helpful. It made the job simple. Removal of drum thru front frame was the most difficult part which was relatively easy. Once the front panel and drum were removed, I could then see that the front drum top glide nylon/felt strip needed replacing which I then obtained.

Dryer was not heating
We followed the how-to video. It was actually easier than the video made it look. Our dryer had a removable panel behind the pulley to put the belt back on easier. We had to take the whole dryer apart, but it was not difficult at all. We replaced the heating element and put it back together. If you can screw a screw, you can do this repair. Our dryer is working good as new. I love this site!

dryer tripped the circuit breaker
disconnected the dryer; cleaned the duct. I reconnected everything and started it up again and within seconds tripped the breaker.Decided probably the thermal limiter was faulty, so ordered new one from you. After it arrived I watched video, then removed the top and front, pulled drum to give me some workroom, replaced the limiter, reassembled in reverse order.I then reset the breaker, plugged the dryer in. Runs perfect. The drum was a challenge - so I used a wooden wedge to support from the front and opened the 12 by 12 rear port to access and reset the pulley cable assembly.

Had to wait a day for the belts to come in. New belt in and dryer running in 15 minutes! Thanks for running a first class operation!! Jim

Dryer would not start at all
Used wiring diagram in back of machine control head. UNPLUG DRYER! Removed panel off control head and motor access cover at bottom of dryer. Tested door switch continuity first, then continuity from control timer to motor. Found open circuit on white wire. Opened top of machine (pops up at front) and found thermal limiter on back of machine was burned and caused open circuit. It's a little awkward to get to the screws with the drum in place. Use a 30º angle ratching 1/4" ratchet wrench with a magnetic #2 phillips bit.

plastic dryer handle was broken during move
Used a flathead screw driver to pry broken handle out and snapped new handle right back in. Took no time at all. It was great and to top it off, I received the ordered item within 2 working days! Thanks so much. (I do not really know the age of the dryer as it belonged to my Mother who has been relocated into Hospice).
