misunderstanding on parts
easy putting together. 15 mins to repair. the old grille was taken away by a technician and he took the part and disposed of it for me, i didnt know he took screws also. So when i got the new part i thought it would have new screws with it - and it didnt - no biggie...so i had to go purchase screws for the holes in the grille.

The grille on was broken.
When I received the new grille, I simply removed the damaged one and replaced it. It was easy and no need to spend all that money to pay a repair person to do it. Same thing when I replaced the handle trim snap-in lock that was broken on the fridge. Easy and no hassle.
