Pull out old one from right top. Wipe track with a cloth and some Windex. Wipe with clean cloth place gasket over where it will replace old. Start right top push into track. Refrigerator was freezing food on the bottom shelves

It was simple. I pulled out the old seal from the track it was tucked in and put the new one in using a wood spatula to help along the folding part of the door that fits behind the other door. I replaced both seals under 15 minutes. I am a 63 year old female so I know if I can do it so can you!
Tip: make sure that you line up the top and bottom and from side to side evenly before you start pressing it into the track.
