I am at a stand still on the control cable for the throttle cable. How does the throttle cable control the governor. I believe I have some parts missing.

Hello Dallas, thank you for writing. The Drive Cable is part 946-04655A. This item fastens the control lever assembly to the mower transmission. When the drive lever is pulled upward, the mower transmission is engaged. 1. Remove the spark plug wire from the spark plug. 2. Remove the cover over the drive wheels. 3. Replace the cable. 4. Replace the cover over the drive wheels. 5. Connect the spark plug wire back. The Control Cable is part 946-04661A. This special cable is commonly used to engage the lawnmower's engine. I am in need of the "drive cable"...length approx 64". One end has a "ring" for a connection down low near the drive unit. Its a TB220 Troy Bilt with model yr above.
