This is a genuine OEM replacement part used with several lawn trimmer devices. The piston/cylinder kit is composed of metal and plastic, and is fitted between the crankshaft assembly and the gasket foam kit. It is recommended to refer to engine manual and diagrams for further instruction. The piston/cylinder kit is sold individually. Unit was defective when bought
I ended up having to also replace the crankshaft bearing well as the cylinder kit. The owner thought the knocking was too much oil which led to a scori g of the cylinder when it needed crank bearing replaced. Sorry Huskvarna the first one wouldn't weedeat this was the second.
