Thank you for the quick response. The drain pump is what i meant when i said impeller/drain pump - i just replaced it 3 weeks ago and cleaned all the hoses (and replaced the main drain hose from the dishwasher to my drain. So i'm assuming the next step is looking at sensors?

Hello Alex, thank you for your question. Yes, the next step would be to check the turbidity sensor PartSelect Number PS8727345. If that isn't the issue, the problem would be with electronic control board. I hope this helps!

What exactly does the float switch do? I'm receiving e25 and e24 codes every time the washer drains. I've replaced the impeller/drain pump and the drain hose. I've cleaned out all the hoses. The filter and the impeller cover are not loose. I read somewhere on the internet (I know) that it could be the result of a float switch getting stuck. The draining starts and runs for about 2-3 seconds, then stops. Then runs for 2-3 seconds. Does that a couple times and then errors out.

Hello Alex, Thank you for the question. The error code e25 indicates there is a blockage in the dishwasher system. It could be a drain pump problem or the drain pipe blockage. I suggest cleaning out the drain pump or having it replaced, PartSelect Number: PS8727352. Hope this helps!
