Correct part. Instructions were a 10th generation copy of a schematic. Took weeks to get. Still satisfied with product.

Got the part. I feel like a have a new dishwasher. Installation was so easy.

This upper dishrack kit is made better then the original. I used your comany's demonstration video to install the new one, it was extremely helpful.

Expensive but good quality and easy to install.

The rack is gray and the part that attaches to it is bright white and doesn’t match. For this price it should all match and look professional. If this was a newer dishwasher I would mind very much and would have returned it

The repairman, who was to install the part indicated that it was the WRONG part for my dishwasher. I only chose one star because it’s the only way that I could forward my review.

I ordered this in Dec and got in almost 3 months later. It is described as a kit but is just the shelf, I still need the brackets and the water spray under it. So I have to look at that diagram with a million parts and find the those parts too and order them, I wanted it by Christmas 2018 now I will hope have it fixed by Christmas 2019. Very expensive too I should have just got a new dishwasher I will be over $300 into this.
