Won’t shut off

Hello Troy, thank you for contacting us. We would recommend checking the heating element and making sure that it is properly heating the water. Sometimes due to a faulty heating element, the dishwasher can get stuck. Also, check the flood/float switch, part number PS958959, it is responsible for triggering the float switch to fill and drain the dishwasher, so it could cause the dishwasher to keep running if it's not working properly. In case the dishwasher is running with an open door, the latch, part number PS959002, needs to be checked. If this does not help, the issue is most probably related to the control module, part number PS2344315. Customer service is available 7 days a week if you require assistance placing an order.
