The part I saw is described as door cam and hinge gray. When I clicked on it, it say the part is 16 in the diagram but 16 is only the hinge and the cam is 17. Do both come with it?

I'm looking for part number 17 on the cabinet schematic for model KSF264XYY03. It looks like I would need to purchase the entire hinge assembly (W10500004) that I don't need. Can you confirm?
