What is the metal part underneath the plastic agitator? It’s in the picture listed, no part #. I took our washing machine apart to find the whole piece is corroded. Please help! The machine is only a few years old.

Hi Andrea, Thank you for the question.It would be the Hub and it is only sold as part of the basket and hub assembly, Part Number: PS961189. Good luck with the repair!

The whole pulsator assembly keeps falling off of the tub during wash cycle what needs replaced the whole assembly or possibly just the coupler?

Thank you for the question. Sounds like you will just need to replace the dispenser that fits on top of the agitator.
