Front and Rear Tines were rusted through
Very east to repair.....pop out the rusted tines from the clips and pop in the new ones.

the lower tray wheels broke off

Lower basket wheels fell off and were melted

Racks fall off when pulled out too fast.
Clipped the new rail stop on where an old one fell off. Removed the old wheels with broken clips and clipped the new ones. Took less than 5 minutes from USPS delivery to completed job.

There were two wheels missing from the lower dish rack.
I watched the video repair program and it was just that simple. What was the most amazing is from the time we called in the order until we got the parts and made the installation was less than 72 hours. We simply cannot believe how easy this was. Thanks ever so much!!!!

had to replace four bottom rack wheels
I'm so happy I ordered these wheels, with them it's running
like new. Without the wheels it was making grinding sounds when it ran. You just push them onto the rack spokes and snap them in place. EASY!
