Dishrack Guide Rail Stop - gray Specifications
This is a rail stop for your dishwasher. No tools are required for this repair. it simply pops on and off the end of your slide rail when pressing the locking tab. This part is sold individually, so it is recommended to check the opposite rail stop on your dishwasher in case it needs to be replaced as well. The rail stop is located at the end of the upper slide rails which hold the upper dishrack in place. The rail stop prevents the upper rack from sliding completely off the slide rails. This part is gray in color and approximately 1.5 inches wide.

loose top basket/
I had two problems with the dishwasher. The top basket was loose, but the main problem was a plastic part inside the bottom assembly.
The part was backordered, so I re-ordered it through Sears. They said it would arrive in two days. Theirs came in two weeks, and their customer service was terrible.
Your "backordered" part came in two days, even before it was supposed to come had the part not been back ordered. I am delighted with your customer service and your company.
The illustrations on your website were excellent. They helped us not only to identify the part, but to diagnose the problem.
This was my first purchase through your company and if I ever need parts again, there is absolutely no reason to go anywhere else.
You have an excellent company, and great website! I bookmarked your page for future purchases.

Dishwasher made a grinding sound - very loud. Did a poor job cleaning.
I took the lower pump assembly apart to find the problem. The biggest challenge was figuring out how to remove the cover. In the center, the assembly is held together with a round plastic nut about 1.5 inches in diameter - simply rotate it counter-clockwise to remove. I then removed the pump housing and found the impeller broken in two and the disk that was supposed to be attached to the top of the pump housing broken off. This was causing the noise and greatly reduced efficiency of the pump. I replaced the impeller and upper pump housing (bought the gasket too since it is hard to remove the old one) and put everything back together using the diagrams provided on the site. While many rate this repair as "easy" - it is only after you figure everything out! If you knew exactly what you were doing, the project could be done in 10 minutes. I had to study the diagram and it took me some time to disassemble, figure out what was wrong, read posts, order parts and reassemble. I also replaced the handle which had broken on one side which was simple. Part select is outstanding - I've used this site for my fridge, oven and now dishwasher and have avoided expensive service calls. If you are technically inclined and patient, you can repair your own appliances.

The dishrack guide rali stop had come off one of the guide rails, so the wheel in the guide rail would often roll right past the end of the rail, causing the rack to pitch down. this was rather frightening with the rack full of glasses and other breakables.
At first I snapped the plastic piece together and then tried to put it in the guide rail. That's where the sharp knife came in handy, to pry the piece apart again and start over. It was easy to see how the piece was supposed to go into the end of the rail and snap in place; I just didn't look carefully before I had to backtrack! I haven't yet tried to put in the other pieces we ordered.

end cap for roller guide and latch clip had been missing for a while and I had improvised with packing tape and wire. I wish I had known how easy it would be.
had to fiddle around just a bit to look at the others and see how these fit in. No tools were required - just snapped into place once I figured them out.

Old dishrack was rusting apart
First you must understand that the end cap is not a solid piece. The plastic facing you is wrapped over the piece behind it. The separation may be obscured by age. Wedge thin bladed screwdriver into the outside edge of end cap at the bid point, a sturdy hunting knife will probably work better. When you hit the seam, pry it apart and fold it back. Unwrap the part and repeat on other side. The dishracks will easily slide out and in.

Huge price for a very small part
The part arrived and I snapped it into place with your video. The price including shipping was a huge price to pay for such a tiny plastic piece, but unfortunately for me, it was necessary for the use of my dishwasher. Thank you.

Part and shipping costs
I thought it was easy to find the part but the shipping cost was as much as the part cost.

exactly what I ordered
Thought I ordered 3 pieces, checked order and I hit 1 in quantity, mad at myself for being in a hurry. It took 6 days for freight and found part on competitors site cheaper and faster freight. So i ordered 2 more from them but will do business again here as well.
