Samsung is better at phones and computers. However, this range was a freebie to me. Shippers dropped it in transit and broke the glass top. We replaced that and had a new range. The board for the oven never worked right and the buttons were not too receptive to touch. My husband cleaned the connections for the convection bake button several times when the code started flashing (I can’t remember the exact code now). Finally we had no choice but to replace the touch panel. I bought the bracket chassis panel to make sure we had all parts needed. Thank you for your prompt shipping and having the parts we needed since they are no longer being produced.
