Hello Tom, thank you for getting in touch. Based on our understanding of the issue, we would suggest checking the drain pump, part number PS12742622, to solve the problem. A malfunctioning drain pump can most probably cause this issue. We hope this helps!
Machine trips breaker a few seconds after I push the power button as soon as I press power button I hear a buzzing/hum. I has removed the back cover and unplugged, I believe, the stator. Its was three wires red white and blue. When unplugged the humming stops and I can power up the unit and the breaker no longer trips. I am thinking the stator is shot or the circuit board is instructing it to do something it shouldn’t.

Hello Kevin, thank you for reaching out to us. According to the issue description, you will need to replace the motor assembly, part number PS4204678. The motor draws a significant amount of current. A seized motor, faulty motor windings, or a defective motor start capacitor can cause an overload or short circuit, resulting in the breaker tripping. The buzzing sound may come from the motor trying to start but failing due to a fault or obstruction. We hope this information helps!
