Hi Robert, Thank you for your question. Yes, it would more than likely be this part that you would have to replace. Unfortunately I was not able to find repair instructions on your part. You will have to contact Samsung directly for that information. In general though, most times you would use a putty knife or flat head screw driver to gently pop the dispenser housing out of place. First remove the grille at the bottom of your dispenser housing to make sure there are no screws there that you will have to remove. Then you should be able to unplug your old part from your dispenser control board and remove it from the dispenser housing.There may be a screw keeping it in, so look up underneath your dispenser housing to double check. Hi Greg, Thank you for your inquiry. Make sure to disconnect power for your appliance and to turn off the water going to your fridge as well. Looking underneath your board in the dispenser cavity, there is one screw off to the right of the opening of your dispenser. That is the only screw that you will have to unscrew. There are tabs that hold the dispenser inside of the cavity. Press your shoulder against the door and pop the dispenser housing out of the cavity. You should be able to pull it out. One you do that, make sure to unplug the wiring from the dispenser to the fridge, you will then have access to replace this part. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.

We would recommend checking the following parts to fix your issue: micro switches, dispenser solenoid, dispenser lever assembly, the water filter, the control board and make sure that the tubes going to the water dispenser are not frozen, clogged or cracked.
