THE AGITATOR BOLT HAS BROKEN OFF ( 1 INCH LEFT ) ......HOW LONG IS THE BOLT & HOW DO i GET THE OLD ONE OUT ?.....RICK HORTON
For model number WT1201CV
Hello Captain Rick, thanks for the great question. I believe the bolt you are looking for is PartSelect #: PS7794069, which is located directly below the Pulsator Cap (PartSelect #: PS3525704) and holds the Pulsator Assembly (Agitator) in place. Our research indicates it is ?5.08cm long. Penetrating oil and heat can often help remove a bolt or screw that is stuck and sheared off. We hope this helps and good luck with your repair!
I must be missing the part that PS7794069 SCREWS INTO ......What is that part & it's # ,,,,,Thanks
For model number WT1201CV
Hi Rick,
Thank you for writing in. Our research has found that the Pulsator Assembly, part number PS12588963 is what part PS7794069 screws into. We hope this helps.
