While the simple fix for the control panel not working is to clean the ribbon cables, when you have to replace the control panel, this part is simple to install. A Phillips screw driver is what you’ll need, but make sure it’s a stubby to get the two screws under the front of the panel. Maybe 30 minutes to replace.

Is the control panel easy to replace or do i need a repairman.

Thank you for your question. You should be able to perform the repair yourself. There is a video on our website that you can reference on how to install the control panel. The stove and the part may not show exactly like the one you have, but it will give you a general idea on how to install the part. You will find the video under part number PS2378933. I am getting f1 errors is this from the control panel touch pad or one of the boards behind it?

Hello Dan and thanks for writing.
F-1 Error code appearing in the range's control panel display window. F1 error code on a range pertains to the oven temperature sensor also known as the thermistor. F1 indicates thermistor is in an open state therefore not operational.

The timer lights on the control panel are only partly visible. Is the control panel still available for this model?

Hello Charles, thank you for your question. The control panel is available, but the electronic control boards that has the lights in the center (time, etc) that is on longer available. I hope this helps.
