Hello, I ordered a replacement 5k sealed burner - part number 316438200. What type of tool is required to remove the two screws that secure the burner. None of my pliers fit.
Hello Bob, Thank you for the question. You will need to use a 3/16 Socket or Driver to remove the screw. We hope this helps.

There is no image of part # 316558300 from this website. I would like to replace the bigger burner of this model at home. I notice the back of big burner indicates #5 and small circle/area indicates #9. I am not sure it is the right part to be ordered and replaced.

Of my (5) burners, burner #10C doesn't light. I've taken I paperclip to clean out the port, and still doesn't light!??. What's my next course of action? Also, there's no clicking when turning onto light.

Hi John, thank you for reaching out. Based on the description you have provided, the issue could be with the burner ignitor. The igniter for the burner you have mentioned comes as a part of the surface burner orifice holder, part number PS2332710. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
I am trying to replace the front left and right rear burners, where the flow has become inconsistent despite repeated cleaning with a wire brush and vinegar. I believe the right rear is a 5000 BTU unit, not sure whether the front left is the 9500 or 10000. Or I might be wrong about everything. Is this the part I need for FL? Can you point me to the RR?
For model number FPGF3081KFM
Hi Dovid, thank you for reaching out. Yes, the front left surface burner for your model is part number PS2364157, and it has 9500 BTUs. The right rear surface burner is part number PS2345235. It has 5000 BTUs. We hope that helps!
