Washer won’t complete a spin cycle-shuts down and starts over. Shakes violently. Tub springs look good. Has been getting worse. Any suggestions? Thanks, Pat

Thanks

Hello Joe, thank you for reaching out. You may need to check the washer control panel, part number PS12347690, to fix the issue. It houses the display and control selection components for the washer. We hope this solves your problem!
Unit will not start a cycle nor allow the selection of a different wash. Sometimes it stops in the middle of a wash cycle and will not restart or allow changes. Audible beeps when the selector knob is spun. Unit responded to being reset previously after displaying code for being overloaded despite being empty at the time. Now the unit will not operate.

Hello Ben, thank you for asking. Based on the description that you have provided, we would recommend checking the control panel, part number PS12347692, to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
There is power to the control panel. All lights on display come on. I can select any wash cycle. The washer will go into sense mode. lid will lock. The washer will then attempt to start wash cycle but can't draw water. It will flip back into sense mode then back to wash back to sense until it shuts off showing cycle complete. I have changed out the water intake valves and that made no difference. Please advise what my next step should be.
