Water level is the same on small or large

If the water level is the same on either the small or large option, the issue likely either the switches or the electronic control board and you will need to check the parts to see which one is causing the issue. You may check the switches with a multimeter. For the electronic control board you will need to do a visual inspection for signs of damage and wear as well as for signs of burn or scorch marks. Water temperature selector does not work. The temperature does not change when different temperatures are selected.

According to our research, you may need to check the following parts to fix the issue: the control knob, part number PS11726904, and the selector switch, part number PS16217193.
