bearing and seal at top of transmission went bad causing oil from transmission to stain clothes
I removed front and top of washer to get acess to the tub. removed cap to tub along with inner tub and agitator. the hardest part is removing the springs on the bottom and tilt it forward to get tub out. removed belt, pulley and bolts holding transmission in place. reassemble using silicone grease on seals and washers. works great now

What seal gasket kit do i need for the shaft on transmission 134736400? Mine is leaking oil near the drive pulley.

My washer will agitate but not spin what is my problem? thank you

Hello Johnnie, thank you for getting in touch. According to our research, the issue is most probably with the drain pump, part number PS417325. We would recommend replacing it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
Washing machine would not agitate, spiin and pump water work. I remove belt from motor and pully, select small wash,water reach at small wash level and motor came on,i check spin while belt is off and motor work in both direction. I suspect that the problem is in the transmission,what's your take on the problem.

Thank you for your inquiry. There are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check the drive belt, the agitator drive block, the tension idler pulley, the tension spring, the agitator screw and the washer capacitor. I hope this helps. My transmission makes a schilling sound. Can you help?
Hello Lonnie,
Thanks for your question. If your unit is not agitating, it may be an issue with the agitator or its drive hub. If it will not spin either, check if the lid switch has continuity when the door is closed, and also ensure power is going to the motor during your cycles. If everything is checking out, then the transmission likely needs to be replaced.
