This is a 1 year old machine. The agitator bolt came loose and allowed the agitator to come loose, stripping the grooves in the plastic that mate up with the agitator shaft. My question is, is this a common problem and is there a reccomended fix, other than to buy a new agitator, crank the bolt down and hope this doeesnt happen again. I'm not real impressed with how soft and cheap the plastic is. No wonder it stripped. As for the bolt falling out in one year, that sucks too. Your site often has reccomendations on known common issues. Looking to see what people are doing when they repair these.
