Washer won’t agitate, replaced hub under base of agitator, Manf part number W10528947, still not functioning, checked belt drive and belt, seem to fine mechanically. Made a clicking sound in what seemed to be behind control /dial panel panel

It manages the washer's functions such as filling, washing, draining and spinning. The clicking sound might be coming from a faulty relay on the control board. The washing machine tries to agitate while on “drain and spin” cycle, causing it to stop spin cycle and return to filling with water, water pump works fine.

First pry off the cap of the agitator. Then using a socket remove the bolt that holds the plastic cup in place. Remove this cup by prying it loose from the two tabs that hold it in place.
