Hi. The main interior LED (part WR17X31980 with evap fan suddenly stopped working after flickering. I replaced it but now the LED is barely lit noticeable. I put a multimeter to the connection and I am only recording 7.5 volts which seems low. Could that be the power supply board or the main control board?
Also, while replacing the led light, I noticed quite a build of ice on the cold not sure if that is normal. Appreciate any advice you can provide. Thanks

Hi Glendon, thank you for reaching out. The issue seems to be with the power supply board, part number PS12744085. This board supplies the necessary power to activate the compressor, fans, lights, and other modules. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this sorts out your problem!

I have no lights on the control panel. Thinking control voltage is missing.

Hello Jerry, thank you for reaching out. Check the power cord to make sure the unit is connected to a live outlet and that it is not damaged. If it's good, we would suggest checking the Power Supply Board, part number PS12744085. If that does not take care of the issue, then we would recommend replacing the Main Control Board, part number PS16743646. If you require assistance placing an order, please contact customer service.
