Ice maker not making ice
For model number CVE28DM5NBS5
Hi Serbando, thank you for reaching out. Based on the description that you have provided, we would recommend making sure that there is enough water pressure from the house supply. The water inlet valve requires a minimum of 20 psi to function properly. Check the water flow and test the pressure to determine if it is at least 20 psi. If the pressure is sufficient, make sure there is no leakage or clogging in the water tube. If that is not causing the issue, you may need to check the water inlet valve, part number PS12744135, as it is most likely faulty and may need to be replaced. We hope this helps!
