Sample Model Number Tags
Model numbers can be made up of numbers (1005400, for example) or a combination of letters and numbers (LAT1000AAE). The model number will most likely appear on either a paper sticker or a metal plate. Your appliance's model number tag may look similar to the sample model number tags shown here (model number highlighted in yellow):
This dispenser control board and panel assembly is designed to manage the water and ice dispensing functions located in the refrigerator door. It includes the touch control interface for the ice maker and helps restore proper operation when buttons become unresponsive or dispensing becomes erratic. Compatible with select refrigerator models, this complete unit replaces older versions and installs easily with reference to the appliance’s parts diagram. Common symptoms of a faulty board include display errors and inconsistent dispensing behavior.

The ice maker is not filling and dumping ice. Changed filter and purged line. It is getting water and ice maker fan is working. A thermometer shows freezer is -5 deg F.
I can force it to fill and dump ice using the service codes. Codes show all sensors are OK. Could there be a bad board even though diagnostics show OK?

Interior lights won’t turn on. Dispenser panel lights stay on. Replaced elec-cntrl board part # W10804160 and it didn’t correct the problem. Could it be the refrigerator / freezer light board? Any info provided would be helpful.
Thanks
Ray

Hi Ray, thank you for reaching out. The following parts need to be checked to fix the issue: the dispenser control board, part number PS12711953, the switch, part number PS12584639, and the electronic control board, part number PS11757074. We hope this helps! If you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Thanks again for your great question.
Hi. My dispenser and interior lights don’t work. Ran the test and it says that one of the doors is open. Obviously not so I checked the door switches. They seem to be fine so next step was to replace the interface panel. Bought the new panel from you folks and when I replaced the Red refrigerator not working sign comes on the new panel. When I reinstall my old panel that does not come on. Both panels have not corrected my dispenser not working and interior lights not working.

Hello Jim, thank you for getting in touch. As you have already checked the door switches and replaced the user interface board, but the problem did not get resolved, we would recommend checking the main control board, part number PS11757074, to solve the problem. A malfunctioning main control board can most probably cause this issue. We hope this helps!
My problem is that The water is working. However it is, without any assistance, from anyone automatically dispensing the 8 oz water every 30 minutes. I run the diagnostics on 45/46/56/57 and everything seems normal. In normal mode I can dispense water when I push the paddle but the unit is not putting out any ice. I have replaced both water pumps, the Temperature Control Board, and the Refrigerator Control board in the back compartment. Do you think that I also need to replace this board?
Thanks
