Sample Model Number Tags
Model numbers can be made up of numbers (1005400, for example) or a combination of letters and numbers (LAT1000AAE). The model number will most likely appear on either a paper sticker or a metal plate. Your appliance's model number tag may look similar to the sample model number tags shown here (model number highlighted in yellow):
This kit is an OEM part direct from Craftsman for air compressors. This kit consists of the parts for building a piston cylinder in the compressor. It is recommended that you release air and unplug the air compressor before you install this kit. You will need a wrench set to replace this part. This kit includes two o-rings, piston ring clamp screw and the cylinder tube. This kit is made of metal and rubber components.
How Buying OEM Parts Can Save You Time and Money
Why buy the real thing?
OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer. Simply put, this means that the company who made your appliance is also supplying the replacement part for it.

My compressor after I turn it on starts but blows circut breaker 20 amp
For model number 919.165010
Hello David, Thank you for your inquiry. There are two reasons an air compressor can trip a breaker,
electrical and mechanical. Several factors can cause your compressor to pull too much power, so first make sure that that amp rating on the compressor does not exceed the amperage the outlet can handle. Check the safety valve, piston kit with o-rings, the fan and filter kit, and check valve for any visible damage. Good luck with your repair.

Are there any parts (piston, ring, etc.) that are compatible with this model available?
For model number 919.165220
Hello James, thank you for your question. The original Piston kit is now discontinued. However, If your piston rod is okay and the piston ring is replaceable, use the K-0650 cylinder kit. You can also get the Ring individually as part DAC-308. We hope this helps.
