I cannot get the washer knob to stay on the washer selection I want. At normal it should be 49 min and it currently says 102. It also jumps all around when you try to turn the knob to a different selection. If you can get it to stay on a selection it will not start. It doesn’t stay on any selection very long it keeps changing.

Hi Karen, thanks for the great question. Our research indicates that there is a delay feature in your washing machine, that could be causing the cycle times to be extended. I would recommend consulting your manual to turn off the delay, if it has been accidentally set. If that is not the case, it could be the User Interface (PS11769775) where the buttons are malfunctioning as they relay to the main control board (PS12349098), or even the board itself. Typically when other parts malfunction, they communicate error codes to the board. Without error codes, it could be the board itself.
