Washer is leaking/trickling out the front from glass door onto floor. What parts do we need to repair this?

Hello Robin, Thank you for your inquiry. If water is leaking out of the front of the machine, you may have a problem with the door boot seal/bellow. Check the clamp to make sure it has not come loose or damaged, and check the rubber seal for any damage. We hope this helps and if you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you!

Machine attempts to start door lock clicks , Door locked indicator lights up …machine pauses ,no water in ..and then shuts down
For model number NFW5800DW0
Hi Pete,
Thank you for your question. If the washer will not fill with water, first make sure that the hot and cold water faucets are completely opened. If they are, inspect the water inlet valve. Before inspecting any part in your washer unplug it from the electrical outlet. First visually inspect the water lines and the water inlet valve for signs of leaking, cracks, damage, or wear. If there is no visible damage, check the water inlet valve for continuity with a multimeter on the Rx1 setting. You should receive a reading between 200 and 500 ohms. If you receive any other reading, you will need a replacement water inlet valve. If the valve is fine, inspect the water level switch. Inspect the switch for any signs of wear, burning, cracking, or damage. If it shows any of these of these signs, you will need to replace it. We hope this helps!

Door locked because of faulty water level switch
First some background. The door locked up the first time when appliance was less than one year old. The "Maytag Repairman" finally succeeded in getting the door open after propping up the front of the machine and fumbling around underneath for a period of time and then assured me the problem was solved. The problem recurred less than a

year later, and I called another repairman who seemed to have an easier time of it, and charged $293.42 to replace the water level switch. About six months later the same problem recurred and I took the cover off the top of the machine and found there a booklet "For Service Technician's Use Only". VERY HELPFUL. Told how extremely easy it was to unlock door - took about five seconds. Replacing the switch itself involved pulling one tubing off and disconnecting one elec connection from old switch and replacing on new switch. Total cost $50 plus a few dollars for shipping.

Scratches in Surface
This product comes in a bottle with a brush like Liquid Paper. It goes on incredibly easy. A second coat might be needed. I wanted to prevent rust from setting in so I covered the scratches and dings. The paint is a little brighter since my washer is 10 years old but it still looks great.
