Initial problem: When door was opened, turntable would automatically spin.
Now, when door is opened, turntable does not spin which is normal but microwave will not turn on when buttons pressed, either Senser Cooking or Express Cook. Number will count down but microwave not turning "on". Buttons will illuminate and function, microwave does not energize. Thinking i need to change out mainboard...what do you think?

The plate does not stop rotating even when the door is open. I understand this is likely due to a stuck relay. Is this relay on Control PCB?

Your microwave's turntable spinning with the door open indicates a faulty door interlock switch, meaning the microwave thinks the door is closed when it's not, bypassing safety.
