Sample Model Number Tags
Model numbers can be made up of numbers (1005400, for example) or a combination of letters and numbers (LAT1000AAE). The model number will most likely appear on either a paper sticker or a metal plate. Your appliance's model number tag may look similar to the sample model number tags shown here (model number highlighted in yellow):
This is a genuine part which is supplied directly by the original equipment manufacturer and is used with Husqvarna and Jonsered hedge trimmers. The fuel filter removes debris before it reaches the carburetor in your gas-powered equipment. This part made of metal and is sold individually. For installation, you will need a socket wrench to remove any shrouds or panels, and a pair of needle nose pliers to aid you.

How do you install this fuel filter in my string trimmer. Thanks
For model number Husqvarna 329 L
Hi Gregory,
Thank you for your question. Before beginning this repair, remove the fuel from the fuel tank. Then, remove the air filter cover and the air filter from the trimmer. Once you have completed this, remove the fuel cap from the tank, so you may have access to fuel line and the fuel filter. Insert a wire hook inside the tank to grab the fuel line and fish it out of the tank. Then pull the fuel filter from the fuel line and remove the ring clamp. Before installing the new fuel filter, slide the ring clamp over the fuel line about ¼ of the way from the end of it. Then press the fuel filter onto the end of the line and let the ring clamp ride up over. Then place both the fuel line and fuel filter back into the tank. Place the fuel cap back on the tank and then reinstall the air filter and air filter cover. The repair is complete. We hope this helps! If you have any questions, please let us know.
