Water leaking at the door during the wash cycle
The rubber door seal was easy after watching the video. I key point however is that you do have to stretch the seal just a little bit. The video says not to. ... Read moreked a little without the excess folded on each side. I did one side at a time and pulled out the new seal along the side before curving to the top, and just stretch it slightly to allow the excess. This stopped the leak.
The lower door seal was ok to do. The most important step there is to remember how the front door panel is installed. Taking pictures before and during removal may help. It is awkward to do by yourself, but can be done. I found that putting a balled-up towel at the top of the door helps when trying to reinstall the front panel.

The seal is held on by 5 small hex head screws on the bottom of the door panel. Remove the old one and install the new one. Put the door panel back together and on the hinges. Good luck.

it was ok if I would have been sent the correct part, but you sent me the wrong part # and I had to go to the post office and mail it back. the part was not the same number as my order and completely wrong, still waiting for my refund and shipping charges. So you have failed me.

I have replaced the large rubber seal around the tub, and it still leaked. I then replaced the bottom door seal, and it seems to leak even more. Not sure how this plastic piece even seals the bottom door.
Should there be some sort of rubber on the bottom seal? Is there something I am missing.

We do not show that there is any rubber on the bottom door seal, which is designed to seal the gap between the opening to the dishwasher tub and the outer edge of the door. You mentioned you replaced the seal around the tub PS11731683 so we would also recommend checking the door seal part# PS12348515. If that does not fix the issue, you may want to look at the filter, drain pump, circulation pump or hoses to see if there is any visible damage. Good luck with your repair.
My husband has replaced the rubber door seal as well as the Lower Door Seal and my dishwasher continues to leak in the front of the unit. I am just wondering if there was something that wasn't done correctly on the Lower Door Seal to make it leak more. Is there a video of installing that because I haven't found one yet. Thank you in advance for any help you can provide. We have had the door apart at least 4 times trying to figure out if we did something wrong. <><

Came here to learn if my dishwasher was somehow missing a bottom seal, since food gets trapped under the door, contributing to my pink slime problem. Appparently this gap under the plastic trim (what they call a seal) is a design "feature" of this dishwasher.

It was so quiet when it was running, but now you can hear a lot of water when it is running. And it is leaking. I have changed the tub and door seals, but they still leak.

Hello Kelly, thank you for getting in touch. If your dishwasher is leaking and you have already replaced the tub and door seals, there are a few other areas you might want to check:
1. Leveling: Ensure that the dishwasher is properly leveled. An unlevel dishwasher can cause water to pool and leak out.
2. Suds: Excessive suds can cause the dishwasher to overflow. Make sure you are using the correct type and amount of detergent specifically designed for dishwashers. If you have soft water, you may need to use less detergent.
3. Float Switch: Ensure that the float switch is functioning correctly. If it's stuck or malfunctioning, it might not be shutting off the water supply when the dishwasher is full.
If none of these solutions resolves the issue, then the water inlet valve, part number PS11752927, could be at fault and may need to be replaced. We hope this helps.
I have a leak from the bottom door seal are. When the lower spray bar starts to turn, the water surges under the lower seal and splashes out of the tub. I have checked the level and the side seals all are OK. Help. It has ruined my floor already..

Remove the lower spray arm, part number PS11755592, and look along its seams. Over time, the plastic can split or the adhesive can fail, creating a "sideways" jet of water that hits the door.
