compressor would not start
Trouble shooting with meter to make sure all compressor windings were not shorted or grounded. Then check for voltage coming to compressor. Checked start capacitor. Everything checked out ok so I turned to overload or start relay. Over load ohmed ok but relay was not and a rattling noise was heard when you shook it.

Clicking noise, lights flicker, compressor not running, then it will run for a while and then the process starts over.
For model number gss25wgphbb
Hi Michael, you will need to test the thermostat , start relay switch and control board. If these parts are good then the compressor is most likely faulty. Thank you for your question and good luck with your repair!
My coil in my freezer, Have a lot of ice I change the thermostat and the heater. I clean everything in the back still not working. The freezer is cold. Make an ice once in while any idea thank you.

Hello Khaled, thank you for contacting us. As you have already replaced the defrost thermostat and the defrost heater, we would recommend checking the control board, part number PS2364946, to fix the issue. It manages the functions of the refrigerator such as cooling and defrost times. We hope this solves your problem!
