Hi Robert, Thank you for your question. If the refrigerator section is too cold, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check the temperature control, the electronic control board, the temperature sensor or thermistor and the air damper or baffle. If the refrigerator section is not full and this can cause whatever foods and liquids in the refrigerator to freeze. Also, if the food and beverage containers in your refrigerator are only partly filled, they will freeze. You may need to adjust the temperature to see if this will fix the issue.
