Not getting all the soap out of cloths and not spin cycle cloths very wet!
For model number WTW4800XQ2
Hello Ron, thank you for reaching out. Based on our understanding, we would recommend checking the drain pump, part number PS11751719, to fix the issue. We hope this helps!
The water spurts in, instead of normal filling, on the cool/warm/hot settings MOST of the time. However, it does fill up to the right water level--it just takes longer. It almost sounds like you would constantly turn the water off and back on when filling. Sometimes this also happens with the cold setting. And sometimes when it is doing this, it stops spurting and will run normal. I just ordered and replaced the water intake valve, thinking this was the problem, but this did not solve the problem. I'm not sure what other part I need to replace.
For model number MET3800TW0
Hello Al, thank you for reaching out. Based on our understanding of the issue, we would suggest replacing the washer timer, part number PS11748661, to solve the problem. Glad to be of help!
Hello. My washer will wash small loads fine but but when it trys to wash a medium or large load the water fills the tub about half way and drains but the water continues to come out and doesn't shut off. Ive changed the water inlet and the water level switch and thinking it's the pressure switch can you point me in the right direction?
For model number NTW4600YQ1
Hi Savannah, thank you for the question. As you have already replaced the water inlet valve and water level switch, the issue could be with the pressure switch, part number PS11757030. It senses and controls the water level in the washer. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this sorts out your problem!

Water is not coming into the washing machine. We have checked the hoses for blockage. There is no humming noises. Is this the part that senses the water?
For model number CAW9244XQ0
Hello Jennifer, thank you for getting in touch. Yes, the part you mentioned is the water level pressure switch that senses and controls the flow of water into the washer. If water is not entering the machine and you have already checked the hoses for blockages, it could be possible that the water level switch is malfunctioning or not properly detecting the water level, preventing the machine from filling. You may want to consider inspecting or replacing this part to resolve the issue. We hope this helps.
