My washer is jumping on the spin cycle

Hi Mike, thank you for getting in touch. First, you may need to make sure that the load is not uneven inside the tub. If the load is put properly inside the tub, then you may need to check the leveling leg, part number PS10062745. If that is not faulty, then you may need to check the suspension rods, part number PS11703290. The suspension rods help to dampen the movement of the washer tub. If one or more of the suspension rods are broken, the washer will vibrate or shake. If the suspension rods are not faulty, then you may need to check the washer tub ring, part number PS11750502. It is a plastic ring that fits around the outer edge of the tub and helps to keep the tub in place during the spin cycle. The ring also helps to reduce vibration and noise from the washer during operation. If that does not solve the problem, then you may need to check the washer drive pulley, part number PS10057144, and the drive belt, part number PS11747978, for any wear and tear.
