Model numbers can be made up of numbers (1005400, for example) or a combination of letters and numbers (LAT1000AAE). The model number will most likely appear on either a paper sticker or a metal plate. Poorly packaged and parts damaged in shipment
I received this heating element and a couple of the electrical terminals on the high limit switch were bent and broken. There were all kinds of holes in the box showing how this happened. It should have been packaged better to protect the terminals. I had to go to our local appliance parts store and buy a new high limit switch to make this unit work.

Dryer not heating
Removed top of dryer, control panel, front (door) panel. Removed screw holding heating element and housing assembly in place, and removed wiring connections. Attached wiring to new heating element and housing assembly, installed screw to hold in place, replaced front (door) panel, control panel, and top of dryer.

My dryer does not heat anymore i checked continuity on thermostat and i have none. Instead of replacing just the thermostat i was wondering if i could replace the whole assembly. If i order the entire assembly does it come with both thermostat, high temp overload device, and coil?

My dryer has no heat and I'm wondering if this part come with the heating element as well as a thermostat and fuse and other devices cause I'm not sure what part is broken so if this fix would cover more part it would be easier than trying every part 1 by 1?

Does the assembly come with the sensors for my model
