My washer makes a very loud noise when there is clothes and water in it. You can hear it all the way upstairs. It doesn’t move or bang but it makes that horrible sound when the clothes are in the wash cycle. The repair man said it was bc the washing bin is way to far on the ground?! The suspension cords things that hold the bin up broke-is what he said. I was just seeing if that’s right? Whirlpool washer 6.0 amps 120 volts and 60 Hz. MOD NUMBER WTW4816FW2. Thank you!
