Replaced the ice bucket (old one was cracked) the auger, auger coupling and auger drum. The new parts had been redesigned to replace the orginal auger helix and auger sleeve which had been replace two times and never seemed to last more than a few weeks. Read more t was stright forward but I do reccomend that you make a simple drawing of the ice crusher blade and washer locations as you dissassemble them to aid in reassembly.
