When I open the refrigerator door, ALL led lights are dim. Not flickering. All dim. I it Unlikely that ALL of them are bad at once? Should I be looking at a main control board?

My KitchenAid fridge interior lights are not working, just the light in the crisper. Would replacing control board, part # W10830288, resolve the fix? It is expensive just for lights but I would want to know if this is the exact fix. I tried replacing the lights with one I purchased and that did not resolve the problem.

The freezer section is not cold enough, temperature fluctuates from 15-40. Panel temperature is set to -3. Which control panel would we need to replace?

frig. just making a clicking sound, no lights and not running. If i unplug it and then plug it back in it runs fine until the next time We hope this sorts out your problem!
