Refrigerator temp. is showing 66 degrees try using controls to adjust the temperature down it does not work. Freezer is working ok all items are frozen. Over temp light is flashing, alarm doen't work. I activated the max temp button to see if this will cause the fresh food section to cool down. This unit is a new home install 2019.

Hello Donald, thank you for your question. We have researched your model and found that the issue is probably with the Evaporator Fan Blade, part number PS11738973. If that does not take care of the issue, then the problem is most likely to be related to the Thermistor, part number PS11739132. ALL LED LIGHTS ON TOP AND SIDES ARE BARELY SEEABLE-DIM
For model number KBSD608ESS01
Hi Gary, thank you for reaching out. We have researched the model and would recommend checking the LED Lights, part number PS16218086, for continuity. All the lights are connected in series, so a fault in any one of them can cause all of them to either go dim or stop functioning completely. We would also recommend checking the Refrigerator Door Switch, part number PS12728638, and the Freezer Door Switch, part number PS16218024. We hope this helps!

Then, I removed the three screws on the cover over the transmitter and disconnected the circuit board at the wire connector. It stopped. After ordering and receiving the new transmitter and rece
