Touch pad will not change from water to ice. Water light is dim.

We came home from camping and the Fridge stopped working. The lights on the inside of the fridge work. The Circuit board is not lit. I have unplugged the fridge and plugged it back in. When I push the individual pads on the board they light up but will not re-activate.

On the dispenser board, the ice dispenser light is lit up and it makes ice. However, i can not switch to water. It only stays on ice.

Thank you for your question. If the water dispenser is not dispensing water, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check the water filter, the dual water valve, the reservoir, the spring, the light switch and the actuator pad. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

Everything works except the light for the water dispenser. Is that changeable by itself, or is it part of the control board?

Hi Eddie, thank you for your inquiry. The lights for the dispenser area come with the ice dispenser chute, part number PS11738678. You will need to replace the dispenser chute to fix the issue. Glad to be of help!
Can't adjust temperature up, only down and fridge is to cold (32 degree's) also water and ice lights are out. Water dispenses ice does not. Help!
