WATER AND ICE DISPENSER ON DOOR WORK SPORATICALLY, ONE OUT BOTH OUT?

We have researched your model and found that if the ice dispenser and water dispenser both stopped working at the same time, then the most likely issue is with the water filter, part number PS11722130. water and ice do not always dispense. If I open and close the door, most times it will work, although that has become more sporadic. Now sometimes when you open and close door the dispenser light comes on, but does not dispense water or ice.

Hello Stado, thank you for your question. A common reason for a refrigerator not dispensing water or ice is a faulty water filter PS11722130. It may be the water fill tubes are partially blocked. The water inlet valve PS2069865 could be blocked or frozen. We hope this helps.
Will not dispense ice nor water. Tech wrote estimate and said "Control Board logic failure" and wrote KW2507851 (I don't know if that's a part number?)

Thank you for your question. If the refrigerator and freezer sections are too warm, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check the capacitor, the compressor start relay, the thermistor and both the evaporator and condenser fan motors. We hope this helps! If you have any questions, please let us know.
Pressed in the end of the filter cover, lowered it down part way. Twisted the old filter 1/4 turn and removed it. Set in the sink to drain. Inserted new filter and twisted it to lock. closed cover. Done. Total time @ 1 Minute.

I went on line and found the parts at this site and they were less than the minimum service call charge for a service tech so I figured what the heck le

I ordered the parts and they were there in less time than a service tech could come out and i installed the parts and guess what for 90.00 in parts and 15 minutes in time I repaired my refrigerator. Thanks guys, It took less time to order the parts than it did to make the repair so thanks, your website rocks and is very well designed so my hat is off to you guys!
