How can I find a base to fit a Kenmore series 80 washer? I think the agitator is ok but i believe i stripped the base when i overloaded it. I took the agitator off and ran the washer and it made bad noises and didn't move the base.

Agitator had broke off from the wash plate.
Replaced the wash plate and agitator. The new parts (bolt and washer that holds the two parts together) were different then the original parts and were much better. They should last a lot longer.

Great Service
I ordered a new agitator for my washing machine. I wasn't going to order the screw, but went ahead and ordered it as well. I'm glad I did because not only was the agitator not working, the screw needed to be replaced as well. The parts came quickly and were packaged so the parts were not damaged. Will order from here again, but hopefully will not have to for a while.

Easy to install, works great
Installed with very little effort. The replacement came with a longer bolt with a bigger rubber washer than the original and also a large metal washer that originally wasn't there. Seems like the bolt offered more support to the agitator than the old one. Perhaps that's why it broke in the first place. Works great.
