What is the part number for the roller bars that roll the upper deck in and out? I just need to order that part. Thank you.
For model number WDT910SAYH2
Hello Paula, thank you for your question. The bars that are mounted to the inside of the tub that the upper rack rolls in is Part #: PS11741377. The rollers that are attached to the rack, then slide into that track piece are only available by ordering the rack adjuster kit, Part #: PS10065979. This kit comes with all the parts for the wheels and adjusters on both the right and left side of the rack. I hope this helps!

Looks like I need the slide/track parts 4, 5 and 6 in your exploded diagram for the top rack of my Whirlpool dishwasher. But I don’t see how I can order just those parts. Can you send my part numbers and cost and availability of those parts and how I can order them? Thank you.
For model number WDTA50SAHZ0
Hello Rick, Thank you for the question. The individual parts have been discontinued sorry and updated to a kit that includes all the parts needed to replace the adjuster on both sides of the Rack. This kit is a updated version of the original adjusters and are made to last longer and replace the faulty original Adjusters that broke easily. The Kit is PartSelect Number PS10065979. If you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you!
I am looking for the top dish rack in vinyl for my dishwasher spoke with KitchenAid they can supply the part but in stainless my bottom rack is vinyl coated so i need to match the two racks. Is your part vinyl coated or stainless?
For model number KUD SO3FTPA2
Hello Katherine, thank you for your question. Our replacement parts are genuine OEM Kitchenaid parts, so they would be the same stainless steel rack that Kitchenaid advised. This is the only replacement you will be able to get for that model, from any company. I hope this helps!

I dropped a screw in the floor of my dishwasher. I think I need to remove the plastic fingers
So I can remove the screw. I think it would drop down in the food disposal area and damage the food disposal.

Old upper rack was rusted out in one too many spots
Just had to transfer all the kit parts from the old rack to the new one. It was important to leave one side of the kit parts(the wheel and other plastic pieces) on the old one while transferring the other side of the kit parts to the new rack so that I had a visual reference for placement and orientation of the parts on the new rack.

Water leaking from front of dishwasher door
I removed the upper dishwasher rack and disassembled the middle spray arm as described in other posts. Replacement was easy. The difficult part was to figure out what was causing my dishwasher to leak. I had seen many references on line to leaks being caused by the door seal or lower vent wear. I had replaced both. Those replacements resulted in less leaking, but I still had water coming out. There were also references to leaks sometimes being caused when the lower spray arm was cracked, but mine was fine. (My dishwasher has an aluminum lower arm, so it wouldn't crack.) I discovered the middle spray arm was cracked when replacing the upper dish rack. (It was starting to rust.) Apparently, when the middle spray arm is cracked, the heavier circular water flow from it creates a wave motion (vortex) in the bottom of the dishwasher. That pushes water past the seals at the bottom of the door. Once I replaced the middle spray arm the water leak problem disappeared. As an added bonus, my glasses came out cleaner! I have never seen a post indicating that a cracked middle spray arm could lead to water leakage, so hopefully this post solves someone else's mystery problem!
The rack itself is rather easy to pull out, pop out the tabs and the rack will slide out. Once you get it out, its a bit more challenging as the rack itself needs to be disassembled. Don't waste a lot of time removing the rails - cut the tines on the old rack and take those off. Unscrew the back of the panel holding the adjustment assembly and the item will come off more quickly. All the rest of this is simple and can be disassembled and snapped back together by hand.
My KitchenAid dishwasher's upper dishrack had several places that were completing rusting out, just leaving the skins of the plastic coating in place. I ordered the upper dishrack - just the dishrack, none of the clips or other items shown in the schematic - and installed it pretty easily. One caution - this is JUST the upper dishrack. If you have two rows of tines that are clipped in and flip-flop back and forth on the left and right wider sides of the rack, you will need to order one or two pieces of part # PS 898500 as well. One of my tine rows was in salvageable shape, so I only needed to order one (in a second order upon discovering I it wasn't included). It wasn't difficult to figure out how the clips could come out and snap back in place. Just be careful, know that these are just plastic items and can break easily.

The upper & lower rack was rusted and broken in several areas.
It was easy! First I ordered the expensive replacement parts on line. The parts arrived in one week. I was able to slide the old drawers out, slip a few parts off of the old drawers, snap them on and slide the new drawers in place!

Nice part, worked as expected
The dish rack looks great, better than the original when it was new. Just moved the kit parts from the old one to the new one. Works very well.

Better than original
This rack appears higher quality than the rack which originally came with the dishwasher. Accessories were very easy to remove from old rack and install on new. Whole “project” took only about 1 hour.

Repair Successful, Not Perfect
The racks worked and were good quality. But they were not identical to the original racks. One of the adjustable rails would not fit and one of the utensil holders would not fit in place. But the new racks did work, howbeit, they were very expensive.

Repair disaster
This wasn't easy and still not put together. The video was hard to follow and it wasn't exactly like the original rack.
