Refrigerator Completely died with only the interior lights working
Removed the cover panel above the refrigerator and then removed the main board connections. Removed main board and installed new replacement board and re-installed cover panel. Turned on circuit breaker and everything works as should. Very easy and saved myself a $240+ service call. Thank you Parts Select!

In had a knocking in the refrigerator and it sounded like someone knocking at the door.
I received the new control panel and shut off the power to the refrigerator and found the control panel. Unscrewed four screws, took each connection apart with a pliers and put it in the new control panel (one at a time) then snapped it back in place, Put the 4 screws back in place and made sure the ground was connected on one to the corner screws.
Turned on the refrigerator and no more knocking.

Found the replacement main control board on the parts select website. Turned off power to refrig. Took a phot of wiring connectors.
Removed wiring snap connectors, removes the old control board. Installed new control board, snapped in the wiring connectors. Turned power on to unit. Refrig ran for few hours and temps were back in spec. After three weeks refrig is running like new.

Due the the age of this dishwasher (13 years) both upper and lower racks were showing significant rusting.
This lower rack (GE part #WD28X25960) was ready to roll right into the dishwasher straight out of the box, no tools needed.

bottom rack was rusted out
I took out the old rack and rolled in the new. I thought I was going to have to take the rollers off the old one and put them on the new, but they were already on the new rack. The hardest part was getting into the box. I am an 80 year old female.

Lower rack was bent, didn't like rolling out of the dishwasher anymore
I removed the old rack and saved the flatware container. Then I put the new rack in.

The difference between the old one and the new one is that between a busted grocery cart with one wheel that always wants to return to the parking lot, and a well-trained dog that does exactly what I ask it to. The new rack was worth the $95 I spent to get it.

The new rack came with wheels and axles, so I didn't need to order more.

both top & bottom racks had rusted (7 yrs old)
bottom installation was extremely easy. top installation required removing the spin piece and reattaching it to the new basket so it was a little more challenging but having the new racks is wonderful! Very quick delivery which was great.

The rack assembly needed replacing
Just removed the prior rack and put the new one in. Much improved design on the wheels and rack seems of better material as well. The rack does not have as many holders as the prior rack dishes and pans do not fit as well.

Rusted and Wheels falling off
I received the part very quickly. I threw away the old rack and put the new one in it's place. No tools or instructions were necessary. The new rack had all of the wheels and combs included. I did not have to purchase them separately. This is a much better designed part than the original rack. The combs are spread differently to better support plates, and the wheels are combined and enclosed to better support the rack. Also, I feel that this was a good price. Thank you!
