JDS1750ES0 Jenn-Air Range - Instructions

It was alittle difficult at 1st to remove the clips that held in the socket. But once out everything went smoothly.

Followed the video on this site.

I have tried to call, but NO-ONE answers the phone. I have sent emails, but all I get is an automated response telling me to go to the web site. Partselect is the worst company I have ever dealt with, I need to return about $100 in parts and I cannot get an automated return form or someone on the phone. I will NEVER do business with them or recommend them to anyone. In a nutshell they SUCK as a company.

Very easy followed instructions from a youtube video.

I purchased an 8" canning element for my new Kenmore Stove. The ordering process was easy. I printed my order out. I did not receive a confirmation by email, however I received the part in a timely manner. I was satisfied with the process.

very expensive to buy the part but just tighten the screw intot eh predefined place.

I watched then followed the video. I could not remove the top, so I used a can from the cabinet to support and hold the top. That gave me enough room to get the old fan out and the new fan in. Thank you PartsSelect.

just needed clearner for the top of my glass top, the operator was very helpful I received my clearniner in 7 days thank you

ordered new broiler pan

Removed the small metal panel covering the main power terminal in back of the electric range. Removed the nuts holding the red, white and black electrical wires from the range using the appropriate socket (there will be two nuts on each bolt end). Removed the two screws holding the main power terminal block with appropriate screw driver. Connect the new main power terminal block to the range using the two screws. Reconnect the red, black and white electrical wires coming from the range using one nut for each wire. IMPORTANT: do no over tighten the nuts because the bolts could snap. Reconnect the pigtail and secure the small metal panel covering the main power panel.

screwed it in the oven and it worked.

Very Simple, I recommend pulling the old gasket in sections, and popping the new gasket metal holders in the holes as you go. You can't mess it up. For the ends, I tucked them in using a pair of needle nose pliers, but any small slender tool, such as a thin screwdriver, will work.

Ordering the part online was easy. It arrived in a timely manner. I found a terrific video online showing how to install the terminal. It was so easy. Thank you for the great instructional video.

Pop old one out and new one in

put back together with parts ordered. Parts arrived in 2 days!!!! and saved my large dinner party the following day from being ruined. Thank you so much for your parts inventory and for Jenn Air supplying only the part needed and not the entire door. It was a life saver!
