Bottom element burnt into two pieces
Unplugged stove, opened door and removed two bolts with a phillips screwdriver. Pulled out old element and pulled off the two wire leads. Replaced with new element and reversed all steps...wallaaaaa.

Chared Bake element
Unplug oven, open oven door wide,pull out racks, clean reside that old element left. I used power drill with phillips head bit,pulled out old element, and disconnected wires from clips. Connected new element to wires, and Presto.Turned bake element to 300 deg.and waited only to see it red and ready to cook.

bottom element was burned out
I was 100% happy with the whole process! The part arrived on schedule, it was exactly what I wanted! The best part of the story is I am a 77 year old lady whose husband was out of town and had never done this before. I could not have been happier with the process! Heating element would not get red hot
Replaced Infinite control switch in just a few minutes. Unfortunately the new switch had a lose terminal that was not supposed to be in the switch that came from the factory that way. I connected the switch, turned it on, and it instantly shorted the switch out. At that point the lose terminal was real easy to see.

rusted drip bowl
remove burner by hand and remove old drip bowl replace with new bowl inspect burner for ware and insert back into slot.

Purchased a house with a working oven, but without racks, broiler pan, and one missing drip pan

Rear drawer slide was broken.
Undid one screw. Removed the broken slide. Replaced with new slide an fastened with the existing screw. Problem solved.

burned out coil
Simply slide out old coil by lifting cooktop pan; position new coil electirc elements in oven slots, slowly push in, then push coil tab into slot in pan for balance. No problems

Drip Bowl beyond cleaning
Removed old bowl and dropped in new one!!It looks great - the cooktop is probably 30 years old.Your serviceperson was courteous friendly and very rapid.This actually is the second replacement but I was pleasantly surprised that the part was available. Thanks!!

Two drip Bowls needed to be replaced

my drip bowls were old an I was unable to clean them

Burner not working
I took the burner out of the box and snapped it into the slots on the stove, turned on the stove and made dinner! By the way, I received it in 2 days, which was great.
