Frost build-up in freezer at ice door opening
The only real difficultly I had replacing the ice door was getting the exterior trim off the freezer door. You have to push down on the bottom of the trim to release the tabs that hold it in place. After removal of the trim, the rest of the repair is pretty straight forward.
The ice door kit solved the problem!

Water inlet valve stopped working.
Turn off the water to the unit. Disconnect the plug on wiring from the old valve.
They always recommend you disconnect the electric (unplug) the unit while doing this work.
Disconnect the water lines from the old valve by pushing the water line slightly into the flange on the valve, it releases the line from the flange.
Hold the flange rim against the valve seat and pull, you may have to jiggle the water line a little while pulling to remove it.
Push the water lines into the ports on the new valve, turn on the water and check for leaks.
If no leaks, plug the wire connections onto the new valve, reconnect it to the unit and turn the power back on.

Difficulty removing old switch.
Everything went as planned except the cold temperature (freezer door switch located inside freezer) made deflection of the switch locking tab difficult to remove. Letting the switch warm up was not an option.

Ice maker grinder motor was not running.
Remove the ice bucket and check that the auger that turns in the ice bucket is free to turn. Cover the open freezer with cardboard or whatever to retain most of the freezer temperature. Remove the holder that supports the top of the motor shaft. Check the splines on the upper part of the motor shaft and also check the seal under the holder. Open the access the door to the motor, remove wiring connector and unbolt the motor. Check the lower splines on motor shaft for condition, clean the shaft and apply new grease to the splines. Before installing, connect the wiring to the new motor, push the door switch in, press the ice dispenser arm outside the door to make sure the motor runs. If all ok, check the motor shaft for fit in the new motor. Be careful not to install the motor shaft too deep in the motor splines, otherwise there may not be enough spline showing on the top end to engage the auger. Bolt the motor in place, close access door and install the holder and ice bucket and make sure everything works. If there is not enough spline showing thru the holder to engage the auger, take pliers and pull the shaft up a bit. This seems to be a hit or miss fit on the shaft but you can adjust the height of the shaft without taking every thing apart again. That's all, not difficult at all. But do check parts and pieces for anything else you might need, parts wise, before ordering the motor by itself like I did. Shipping is high, so try to order any associated parts needed when you order the motor. By the way, This site are great to work with!

Broken Freezer Drawer Gear
Checked Video online. Had to remove the 2 snap on track/gear covers. Pry out the gear with screwdriver and the gear bearing unit. Align the flat side of the bearing unit and snap in. Position the cut teeth on the gear to match original and snap into the bearing. Insert the connecting rod into the long shaft gear and then push back into the short shaft gear. The video said to remove the drawer front but I did not and don't see that it necessary.

Freezer and refridgerator just stopped working.
The Condenser Fan Motor was already removed due to searching for the problem. The new fan motor looked different from the original but I felt very comfortable that Part Select had sent me the new part showing original part number changing numbers over the years. Simply placed the fan blades onto the new motor lined up 2 of the holes placed screws and tightened then plugged the wire ribbon into the Condensor Fan Motor, plugged in the Refridgerator and it worked beautifully.

The instruction video on the Part Select Web Site made it so incredibly easy to install. Installation took under 3 minutes!

wheels on top shelf of dishwasher broke off
I followed the video. If there is an exact opposite of handyman or mechanic, it would fit me. I don't fix things well and I have very little patience for fixing things.
I fixed this easy by following the video. The first side took about 30 minutes because I was super cautious. The second side took less than 5
minutes because it was really easy.

Refer lights not working, there are two lights and neither worked. Decided the switch was the problem.
The switch fix but did not fix the problem. I assumed the wires go on the same way as on the old switch. Is it possible if one light Burns out, the other will not work either?

Replaced freezer seal.
When you open the box, have flat place prepared so you can lay the seal down to allow it time to relax. Only handle the seal by the corners. Lay it flat. I used a hair dryer to remove the creases during its time in the box. Keep the hair dryer moving, don't rush this step, take your time and allow the seal to relax on its own. Once it's completely relaxed. Remove the old seal by starting at the corners. No tools needed just keep working around the entire seal. Inspect the seal chanel and clean as needed. Pick up the new seal by the corners and press in place with your fingers, starting at the corners. I found doing the top first then the sides, leaving the bottom to last worked for me. Hope this helps.
